Welcome to Suite 989, a thoughtfully furnished one-bedroom condo in downtown Victoria, designed for guests looking for a comfortable home base for 90 days or longer. The suite features a well-equipped kitchen with premium appliances and a pull-out pantry, comfortable living area, in-suite laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, and a private furnished balcony. The bathroom includes a soaker tub, rain shower and modern vanity. One secure underground parking space is included, along with utilities and Wi-Fi. The central location makes it especially convenient for healthcare professionals, corporate travellers, relocations and anyone spending an extended period in Victoria. Suite 989 is pet-friendly, professionally prepared between stays, and thoughtfully equipped for longer-term living. Optional biweekly housekeeping is available for guests who would like additional service during their stay, quoted separately upon request. Guests also have local support throughout their stay. • Check in after 4pm • Check out 11am •No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the suite or on the balcony. • No parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect building quiet hours and neighbours at all times. • Registered guests only. Overnight visitors must be discussed with the host in advance. • Pets are welcome with prior approval. Guests are responsible for their pets and any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. • No open flames, candles, incense, or similar items. • Please do not move, remove, replace, or add furniture without prior approval. • Please take reasonable care of the suite, furnishings, appliances, linens, and building common areas. • Guests are responsible for promptly reporting damage, maintenance concerns, leaks, or other issues requiring attention. •Parking space and building parking rules must be followed. • Building bylaws and strata rules must be followed and respected throughout the stay. • The suite may not be sublet, reassigned, or used for commercial purposes without written approval. • Guests staying under a residential tenancy arrangement will be required to sign the applicable BC tenancy agreement and comply with its terms. • Optional housekeeping can be arranged in advance. When scheduled, access to the suite must be provided at the agreed time. • Please leave the suite in reasonably clean condition at the end of your stay and return all keys, fobs, and other provided access devices.
